Dr. Sanford Guttler established his practice in the heart of Granite Falls, North Carolina in 1979.  Dr. Guttler joined together with the physicians of Conover Family Practice, Medical Arts Clinic, and Springs Road Family Practice to form Crown Health Care in 1998. 

Dr. Kirsten Kerr joined Granite Falls Primary Care Physicians in 2001.  With extended weekday hours of 7:30 am until 6:00 pm, Granite Falls Primary Care Physicians is known as the “practice of choice” for many of the industries in Southern Caldwell and Northern Catawba Counties.  

In addition to on-site x-ray and clinical laboratory services, Granite Falls Primary Care Physicians offers expertise in sclerotherapy (vein therapy).
