In 1998, four well established, independent Family Medicine groups in the heart of the Catawba Valley   -- Conover Family Practice, Granite Falls Primary Care Physicians, Medical Arts Clinic, and Springs Road Family Practice -- came together to form Crown Health Care.  In 2007, Generations Family Medicine & Aesthetics joined the group and provided a fifth location in North Hickory.

Crown Health Care is a physician owned Family Medicine group providing comprehensive and compassionate care to the families and communities of the Catawba Valley region.

All of the Crown Health Care physicians are Board Certified in Family Medicine.  Special interests of the providers at Crown Health Care focus on getting your family well and keeping them healthy -- ranging from Pediatrics and Women’s Health, to Obesity and Geriatrics, Diabetes and Hypertension, and on to Sports and Wellness.  Crown Health Care even supports a wellness program for their employees to help reduce stress in the work place and improve their general health and well-being.
